Users of Thoras.ai must adhere to the following:

• No Unauthorized Access – Users may not attempt to access restricted areas or other users' accounts.
• No Reverse Engineering – Decompiling, modifying, or reverse-engineering Thoras.ai is strictly prohibited.

• No Overloading or Disrupting Services – Engaging in activities that interfere with the platform’s performance (e.g., DDoS attacks) is prohibited.

5. No Warranties & Limitation of Liability

• Thoras.ai is provided "as-is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including reliability, uptime, or suitability for a specific purpose.
• Thoras.ai is not liable for any damages, including data loss, downtime, or indirect losses resulting from the use of our platform.
• No guarantees on AI-generated outputs – Users assume responsibility for verifying results before making decisions.
• Service Availability – Thoras.ai reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or update services at any time.

6. Suspension & Termination of Accounts

Thoras.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violations of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment for services
• Disrupting or misusing the platform
• Any activity deemed harmful to Thoras.ai or its users

7. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Thoras.ai are final and non-refundable, regardless of account termination or service cancellation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Virginia (VA), USA.

9. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

All disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration rather than litigation, except where prohibited by law. Users waive their right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit.
